FILL/DOWNLOAD ADMISSION FORM WITH ADMIT CARDS.
Admission Form & Admit Card must be printed on "A4 size" paper without changing it's original size.
Attach/Paste the photographs (on application form and admit card) at relevant place and complete all the entries. Don't staple your photograph with the Form.
Write name of student and address at the back of DD/Payorder; if the form & its cost is being sent by post.
Don't forget to attach photocopy of mark sheet; if you are sending the hard copy.

How to Submit the ON-LINE/ Downloaded Application Form & Admit Card
- On-line submission on website along with scanned copy of ICICI Bank Receipt (Rs. 750/- as Appl. Form Cost) (ICICI Bank Account Number : 018405000411) and Passport Size photograph
- A student can take the print-out of Admit Cards (On ‘A4' Page) ; fill-it, scan it and can send the soft copy through e-mail (Write in the Subject column of message as: Submission of Application Form No. ) along with scanned copy of ICICI Bank Receipt (Rs. 750/- as Appl. Form Cost) (ICICI Bank Account Number : 018405000411)
- A student can take the print-out (A4 size only) of App. Form & Admit Card, fill-it & can send the hard copy by post
How to get the Application Form No.
First of all, to get the Application Form No. is must as it will be the unique no. to trace your identity.
A student will have to fill an online form to reserve the form number which will be shown after successfull completion.
An Application Form No. once reserved by an applicant will not be available for other applicants.

How to deposit the cost of Application Form (Used through this mode)
The cost of Application Form is Rs. 750/-
A student can deposit the cost of Application Form i.e. Rs. 750/- in following ways:
ON-LINE submission:
(If you want to submit the application form ON-LINE or through e-mail-soft copy).
- In any of the branch of ICICI Bank all over India: By DD/Cheque/Payorder/Net Banking in the a/c of ‘NARAYANA IIT Academy Kota' payable at Kota having ICICI Bank Account Number : 018405000411
- Fax/e-mail the stamped Bank-receipt/Reference No. in case of Net-Banking , of Rs. 750/- to the institute at the earliest (not later than the last date of submission of Appl. Form)
Postal Submission:
(If you want to submit the application form -hard copy by post).
1. Make a DD/Payorder of Rs. 750/- in favour of ‘NARAYANA IIT ACADEMY, KOTA ' and payable at Kota(Rajasthan)
2.Send the DD/ Payorder alongwith filled-in Application Form & Admit Cards to the institute.
How to see the confirmation of your ON-LINE Application Form:
- Once the institute receives the filled-in Application Form(on-line/postal) and the fax/e-mail/DD/Payorder of payment of cost of Application Form ; we will process the Application Form at our end.
- The list of eligible candidates will be available on our website.
- The Admit Card to such students will be issued in due time having details of Date, Time & Test Center/Venue of Selection Test.
- Sample Test Papers & Prospectus will also be sent to such students along with Admit Card.
- Now, the applicant can appear in our Selection Test as per the schedule mentioned in Admit Card.
